As a last chance to enable the Petitioner to deposit 75% of the amount awarded (including interest awarded therein), time for deposit of the same is extended until July 21, 2025, with the interest being computed until today, i.e., June 23, 2025. If such deposit is not made by the extended deadline, the Petition would be liable to be dismissed in view of the explicit statutory provisions in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.
