In continuation of the order dated 23/09/2025, this Court is informed that till today, the application under Section 11 is not filed.

When the attention of the counsel is invited to the provisions in Section 9 and as it is also indicated in para no.3 of the order that the interim measures under Section 9 is in aid of arbitration, and cannot continue indefinitely, and must come to an end on expiry of 90 days or such date as the Court may deem fit.
By way of indulgence, I extend the interim order by period of one week by making it clear that if Section 11 application is not filed within a period of one week from today, the interim order shall automatically stand vacated.
List the petition on 4/12/2025.
