Registry to issue notice to Mr. Kailash Chand Yadav, the Respondent, returnable on August 6, 2025. The personal presence of the Respondent is expected on the next date. Should he not remain present on the next date, his presence will be secured by issuance of the non-bailable warrant for producing him before this Court so that the location of the vehicles can be ascertained from him personally.
