COMM. ARBITRATION PETITION NO. 108 OF 2025 1.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that disputes and differences between them stand settled in terms of Consent Terms dated April 1, 2025. A copy of the Consent Terms is tendered, marked "X" for identification and is taken on record for identification. The undertakings contained in the Consent Terms shall be considered as undertakings given to the Court since Learned Counsel for the parties confirm and submit that nothing contained in the Consent Terms is contrary to the law.

Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 108 of 2024 is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

In other matters listed at Serial No. 23, except Commercial Arbitration Petition No. 108 of 2025, Applications under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be filed, as committed by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Tag these Petitions along with the Section 11 Applications in these matters and list on May 5, 2025.
