Interlocutory reliefs have already been granted in this Section 9 Petition. Since an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") has been filed in the same matter, no purpose would be served keeping this Petition pending on the docket of this Court. The application under Section 11 is scheduled for hearing on June 26, 2025.

This Petition stands finally disposed of confirming the reliefs granted until now which shall continue for a period of 90 days from today. Within such period, the Section 11 application is expected to be Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
