This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on September 11, 2024. 2.

It is seen from the minutes of the arbitrator's meeting held on September 9, 2024 that the parties did not have any objections to extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 3.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of one year by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
