This is a challenge under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") to an order passed under Section 17 of the Act. The parties shall come with a note not exceeding five pages crystallizing the issues bearing in mind the limited scope for interference under Section 37 consenting a challenge to an order under Section 17.

Based on the nature of the issues involved and bearing in mind the scope of jurisdiction under Section 37 of the Act, each party shall have not more than 10 minutes to present its case. 3.

With the aforesaid commitments, stand over to April 25, 2025, for "Final Hearing- Section 37".
