Commercial Arbitration Application (L) No.20465 of 2025 is an Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") covering the very same subject matter of this Petition. By an Order dated June 13, 2025, ad-interim relief in the form of prayer clause (a) had been granted seeking a direction to deposit Rs.1.62 Crores. However, this has not been complied with till date. 2.

In these circumstances, additional ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) (as moulded below) shall follow :- "(b) Ad interim relief in the form of: (i) direction to the Respondent No.1 and 2 and/or their servants, agents, representatives to disclose on oath all their personal properties including movable and immovable assets, tangible and intangible Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

904.CARBP.719.2024.doc and all right, title and interest therein with their exact and precise location and address; (ii) restraint on Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and their servants, agents, representatives from selling, transferring and/or creating any third party rights with respect to the properties including movable and/or immovable assets, tangible and intangible and intellectual property right in respect of equipment/machinery; and (iii) direction to the Respondents to furnish a bank guarantee for the sum of Rs.1.62 crores; shall stand issued"
