Learned Counsels for the parties submit that all disputes and differences between them stand fully and finally settled. Towards this end, they have executed Consent Terms dated August 20, 2025, a copy of which is tendered, marked "X" for identification, and is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in these Consent Terms that is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as AUGUST 20, 2025 Aarti Palkar

911.CARBP.753.2024.doc undertakings given to Court. The payment instrument for the first installment is also being handed over in the Court today. 3.

In these circumstances, this Petition is finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated August 20, 2025. 4.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
