Ms. Jain, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that a Section 11 Petition is pending. She further points out that the Respondents have never appeared and therefore the Petitioner be permitted to convert the Section 9 Petition into Section 17 Petition. The Petitioner is permitted to do so. 2.
