By an order dated March 12, 2025 the Petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was allowed, directing issuance of summons, returnable on April 9, 2025. However, the order was uploaded only on April 5, 2025.

Consequently, the said order is hereby modified making the summons returnable on May 8, 2025. No other modification is necessary. The order dated March 12, 2025 shall be implemented by the Registry.
