This is a Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Liberty to approach the Court Receiver within a week from today. Section 11 Application as indicated on the last occasion has not been filed till date. If such an application is filed, tag with this matter and list on October 8, 2025.

If, by that date, the Section 11 application is not filed, the Court may consider vacating past reliefs granted since the jurisdiction of Section 9 of the Act is in aid of arbitration that is actually intended to take place.
