By an Order dated October 11, 2024 Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No.28510 of 2024 came to be disposed of inter alia asking certain members of the relevant society to vacate their premises and for the Court Receiver to take forcible possession, should the need arise. 2.
Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No.1-Society submit that the three Respondents referred to in the aforesaid order eventually did vacate the premises and handed over possession of their respective flats to the Developer, and redevelopment work is underway. by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

In these circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner requests to discharge the Court Receiver, who came to be appointed as per the said order. The Court Receiver is hereby discharged subject to payment of applicable charges in accordance with the Rules. 4.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
