This is a Petition filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking extension of mandate of the arbitrator. The mandate of the arbitrator had expired on October 15, 2024, and this Application had been filed on December 14, 2024. 2.
