Taken out of turn in view of the peculiar facts of the case. 2.

This is a Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by allowing an application under Section 11 of the Act i.e. Commercial Arbitration Application (L) No.5421 of 2025, the Arbitral Tribunal has already been formed. Consequently, this Petition need not be kept pending any further.

The reliefs granted until now are confirmed and this Petition is converted into proceedings under Section 17 of the Act with liberty to Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:
