When the matter is called out, Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent in the Contempt Petition and submits that some time be granted to file disclosures as directed by this Court. Mr. Sharma also submits that since Show Cause Notice has not been served upon the individual directors but only upon the company, this Court may direct withdrawal of the Contempt Petition 2.
