Since it is observed that the Suit is only against the Defendantvessel and the owner is not a party, although the consent terms have been entered into with the owner of the said vessel, this Court directs the office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master to verify if any Suit is pending against M/s Shanghai Zhonggu Logistics Co. Ltd, the owner of the Defendant-vessel and also whether any caveat has been filed against the Defendant-vessel viz. M. V. Zhong Gu Lin Yi (IMO No. 9809215) 4.

List the matter at 3.15 p.m. today.
