This Court is informed that the dispute has been settled between the parties and consent terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Consent terms are signed by the authorised representative of Plaintiff and the Defendant. Copy of the board resolution is tendered, which is taken on record. 2.

The consent terms further records that the Defendant has been empowered by authority letter dated 21st June 2025 on the basis of board resolution dated 24th March 2025 to execute the present consent terms. The authorised representative of Defendant-Mr. Shrikant Kumar is present through video conferencing and photocopy of his Aadhaar card is placed on record by the Advocate for the Plaintiff. The authorised representative of the Defendant re-iterates terms of the Patil-SR 1 of

3 Comip-31-2025.doc consent terms. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 3.

The suit is decreed in terms of consent terms. 4.

In view of the disposal of suit, nothing survives for consideration in the pending interim applications and the same stand disposed of. 5.

Refund of Court fees as per rules.
