When the matter was called, Mr. Kamod, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants has pointed out that after the order was passed, the defendants has approached the plaintiffs with an offer of settlement. He submits that it is likely that the matter would be resolved amicably and thus requests matter be stood over for a period of three weeks. Hence at his request, stand over to 10 th September, 2025.
