By praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs has moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 5th July, 2024. In the said Order, at the end of paragraph 6, the words ".... the cost of destroying the same shall be borne by them." is required to be corrected and substituted by the words. "....the cost of destroying the same shall be borne by Defendant Nos.1 to 3". 2.

This change shall be carried out in the said Order dated 5th July, 2024.
