The Consent Terms are tendered, which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the authorized representative of the Plaintiff and authorized representative of the Defendant. The authorization is annexed to the Sairaj 1 of

4 COMIP-89-2024.doc Consent Terms. The authorized representative of Defendant is present virtually and reiterates the terms of the Consent Terms. His identity is verified by his counsel and by his Aadhar card, which is placed on record.

The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms. Refund of Court-fees as per Rules.

In view of above, nothing survives for consideration in pending Applications, if any, and the same stand disposed of. Contempt Petition (L) No. 25578 of 2025 :

As the main dispute is settled between the parties, learned counsel appearing for Petitioner does not press the Contempt Petition. 7.

Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
