The matter was kept specifically today to enable Mr. Kamod, learned counsel for respondents to take instructions since a grievance was made that the respondents have committed breach of the statement made in the order dated 11 July 2025 by Mr. Balaram Babu - Chairman of the Defendant. He submits that this is without prejudice to all rights and contentions of the respondents including that there has been no breach of statement made to the Court, as recorded in the order dated 15 July 2025.
