Today, Mr. Avinash Soni, Respondent No.1 has appeared in person. He submits that he does not wish to engage an Advocate and he wishes to argue in person. However, before he can do so, he would like to obtain the necessary certification/permission from the committee which will certify Vaibhav

Mr. Kamod at this stage also points out that by the previous order, the Defendant was also required to disclose on affidavit their assets and immovable properties. He submits that this order has also not been complied with.
