The Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by constituted attorney of Plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 and by Defendant Nos. 1 Sairaj 1 of

903 COMIP-102-2024.doc and 2. The Defendants are present personally in Court and reiterates the terms of the Consent Terms. They submit to decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (e) of the plaint. 3.

The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (e) of the plaint.

Refund of Court-fees as per rules.
