Mr. Patade, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Plaintiff points out that ex-parte ad-interim relief has been granted to the th April 2024, it was then also continued Applicant/Plaintiff by this Court on 29 nd September 2025. The same was not continued by the by an order dated 22 th October 2025 since on that date learned counsel for the order dated 6 Kiran Kawre

Having due regard to the previous orders passed, in my view it would be file to think that the ad-interim order be continued till next date of hearing. He also submits that the Defendants in the matter though have not entered appearance, have reached out for a settlement. th November 2025.
