Mr. Jamsandekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff has tendered draft amendments to the Plaint, Interim SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Application, Leave Petition under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent, Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

The Plaintiff is permitted to carry out amendment in the Plaint, Interim Application and Leave Petition in accordance with draft amendments marked "X", "Y" and "Z".

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from the date of this order. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Mr. Jamsandekar along with Mr. Patade, the learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants, have stated that they are settling the matter and the Consent Terms have been exchanged. 5.

Mr. Patade has tendered Demand Draft for Rs. 5,00,000/- in favour of the Plaintiff to Mr. Jamsandekar in Court. He has accepted the same, subject to realisation.

The Suit along with Interim Application shall be placed on 2nd September 2024 under caption for settlement and filing the Consent Terms.
