In Clause 10 of the said order, it has been recorded that the Defendants have agreed and undertaken to pay a sum of 1/2

Today, the learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff has confirmed that the aforementioned cheque has been cleared upon deposit and hence, the said order dated 29th August 2024 has been complied with by the Defendant.

Accordingly, nothing remains for compliance of the said order dated 29th August 2024.
