This Court, vide an order dated 02/12/2024, granted ex-parte adinterim relief in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c) of the Interim Application to the Applicant.

Learned counsel for the Applicant points out that the Defendant has been served with the papers and proceedings, despite which, none has entered appearance. The ex-parte ad-interim order was subsequently extended vide an order dated 14/01/2025 and one more chance was granted to the Defendant to enter the appearance. Thereafter, the Defendant has appeared, as noted in the order dated 08/07/2025, and indicated its willingness to amicably resolve the dispute. 4.

In view of this, ex-parte ad-interim order is continued till 24/09/2025. List the matter on the said date under caption, 'High on Board'.

It is made clear that on the said date, if the Defendant fails to enter the appearance, the Application shall be taken up for hearing. 6.

This order shall be communicated to the Defendant by the counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff.
