Learned Counsel for the parties today tender Consent Terms, by which their disputes and differences in the Suit had been settled. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs submits that in sofar as Plaintiffs Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, i.e., the directors of Plaintiff No. 1, they are presently out of Mumbai and, therefore, requests that verification of the Consent Terms may be permitted by Zoom, since there is an urgency given that the Consent Terms postulates certain time-bound actions by the parties. 2.

Acceding to his request, the due execution of the Consent Terms before the Affirming Officer by Plaintiffs Nos. 2 and 3 is permitted by Zoom.

In sofar as Defendants are concerned, let the due execution of the Consent Terms duly verified by the Affirming Officer. 4.

List the matter on 5th February 2025.
