Learned counsel appearing for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit as against the Defendant No. 3 as it was a formal party. Leave granted.

The Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms have been signed by the authorized representative of the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 and 2. The copy of the resolutions passed by the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 respectively are annexed to the Consent Sairaj 1 of

902 COMIP-224-2024.doc Terms. The authorized representatives are present in Court and reiterate the terms of the Consent Terms. Their identities are verified by their Aadhar Card and by their respective Counsel. The statement made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The suit is decreed in terms of Consent Terms. 5.

Decree to be drawn up accordingly.

Refund of Court-fees as per rules.

In view of above, Interim Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
