This Court is informed that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.

The Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Consent Terms are signed by the constituted attorney of the Plaintiff, authorized representative of the Defendant No. 1 and the partner and authorized signatory of Defendant No. 2. The parties are Sairaj 1 of

902 COMIP-365-2024.doc present personally and their identity is verified from their aadhar card which is placed on record. They reiterate the terms of the Consent Terms. The Defendants submit to a decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of the plaint. 4.

The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (f) of the plaint.

6.

Refund of Court-fees as per rules.

7.

Court Receiver's Report is disposed of. Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within period of eight days on demand being raised by Court Receiver. 8.
