This Court had vide an order dated 3 rd September 2024 granted Digitally signed by MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE Date:
2025.03.21 10:31:39 +0530 MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to one Prakash Manohar Singh Thakur ('the deceased'). 2.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant points out that after the grant of Succession Certificate, the Applicant became aware of a Policy in the name of the deceased in Edelweiss Tokio Life. It is to add the same to schedule appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition, that the present Interim Application has been filed.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant has also in support of his contention that the said Policy stood in the name of the deceased at the time of his death, annexed a copy of the first page of the Policy to the Interim Application.

Having due regard to the submissions made, I find that sufficient cause to allow the Interim Application has been made out. The same is thus allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:- "a. That this Hon'ble Court be condone the delay. b.
That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to carry out the amendment in Schedule of the captioned Petition and the said amended Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to the said deceased, as per the schedule annexed;" 5.
Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.
