This Court vide an order dated 22 nd May, 2024 granted the Applicant a Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to one Suresh Trimbak Rasane (the deceased).

Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that after the issuance of the grant, the Applicant became aware that the certain details in respect of the shares of Hindustan Lever Limited as set out in the schedule were incorrectly mentioned. Learned Counsel invited my attention to the share certificate issued Shubham 1/2

2 22-IA-31-2025.doc by Hindustan Lever Limited in respect of the said shares and pointed out that the same reflects the correct folio numbers also the correct number of shares. It is for this limited purpose the Interim Application has been taken out to enable the Applicant to effect the necessary amendments to the schedule of the captionted Testamentary Petition.

After having heard Learned Counsel and having perused the share certificate as also the schedule, I am satisfied that the Interim Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant/Petitioner to amend the Schedule-I of Petition as per the schedule of amendment annexed hereto as Exhibit - C and further direct Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to issue amended Certificate/Succession Certificate to the Petitioner." 4.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with.
