This Interim Application essentially seeks to replace the descriptions of Defendant Nos. 3 and 4, delete Defendant No. 7 and renumber Defendant No. 8 as Defendant No. 7; and to rectify certain typographical errors set out in the Interim Application. The schedule of amendments is broken into two parts.

Having heard the Learned Advocate for the Applicant, it is considered appropriate to allow the amendments in Part A of the December 23, 2025 Shraddha

49-IA-57-2025.doc Schedule as also Part B of the Schedule, except for item 2 in Part B of the Schedule. The Official Assignee for Defendant Nos. 3 and 4 is now being given notice. However, before deleting Defendant No. 7, it is considered appropriate to consider the inputs of the Official Assignee for Defendant Nos. 3 and 4.

The Interim Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. As regards the deletion of Defendant No. 7, the same is kept pending. Stand over to January 20, 2026. Liberty to effect the changes allowed today within a period of two weeks from the uploading of this order on the website of the Court.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
