2025.06.27 20:49:22 +0530 KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE as well as the connected Application, however, submitting that an amount of Rs.70,000/- had been deposited with the Office of the Sheriff of Bombay for valuation and that this Court may also direct withdrawal of the same.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions this Court permits the withdrawal of Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Application and the Execution Application as well as the Interim Application stand disposed as withdrawn.

The Sheriff's office is directed to refund any amount of the Applicant, that may be lying credited, which may not have been expended/set aside towards costs, charges and expenses, poundage, if any.
