Ms. Kamble, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Plaintiffs, states that Plaintiff no.4 is present in Court. She further states that she has instructions from the Plaintiffs to withdraw the Suit because the Plaintiffs have settled the dispute and have also filed Consent Terms on 28th April 2026 before this Court in Appeal No. 14 of 2012. 2.

Considering this, she seeks leave to withdraw the present Suit. 3.
