This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (L) No. 33379 of 2023 which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections in pursuance to notice dated 8th March 2024.
There is a delay of five months in preferring the present Application. 2.
The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant on instructions submitted that for condonation of the Application, the Applicant will pay the costs of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Law Library, Room No. 39, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the official website of the Bombay High Court. Subject to payment of costs within the stipulated period, the delay is condoned in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.
The Applicant is directed to remove office objections, if not removed till today, within a period of two weeks from the date of payment of costs to the said Library.
