The captioned Testamentary Petition is filed seeking Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of one Nandita Menon (deceased). 2.

By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks to amend the schedule of assets of the deceased as also the petition. Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that in view of events that have taken place after the filing of the petition.

He invites my attention to the order dated 13 th August 2024 by which this Court was pleased to allow the Judge's Order by which the locker in the name of deceased was directed to be opened. He submits that this locker has since been open and it is to append the list of items, the inventory of the said locker as also evaluation report filed pursuant to the inventory of said locker be carried out that the present amendments are required. 4.

Having heard learned Counsel as also having perused the copy of the Interim Application and the orders passed by this Court in the Testamentary Petition, I find that sufficient cause has been shown to allow the amendments which have been sought.

Hence, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

" a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the pending Testamentary Petition No. 2447 of 2023 as per the Schedule being Exhibit "D" hereto, whilst dispensing with re-verification;"

Amendments to be carried out within the period of two weeks from today.
