This application is taken out by original Respondent No.2 for relieving itself of the statement. The learned Government Pleader has placed before us a chart of giving figures of respective employees and the calculations of the Labour Commissioner. The application is primarily made in respect of sale of the land for which No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been granted by the State Government. This NOC is now the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition (L) No. 18684 of 2024 filed by the original Petitioner. Therefore, before considering the application, Writ Petition (L) No. 18684 of 2024 needs to be considered as if any case is made out by the Petitioner therein for stay of grant of NOC. 3.

Place these Writ Petitions along with the interim application on board on 28 August 2024 in the category of admission since Writ Petition (L) No. 18684 of 2024 is pending for admission. 4.

All office objections to be removed before the next date. 5.

Reply/ rejoinder in Writ Petition (L) No. 18684 of 2024, if any, to be filed before the next date.
