This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 24th October, 2024. It is pointed out that those matters, which are to be disposed off, are already mentioned in the minutes Gauri Gaekwad

903.IA-160-2024(O).odt which have been reproduced below paragraph 3 of the said order. As such, the request is that the words "are pending before the learned Single Judge of this Court and the Labour Court, Thane" in paragraph 5 and the further sentence, may be deleted. 2.

In view of the above, paragraph 5 shall read as under : "Pending matters mentioned in the above minutes, are sought to be disposed off. The parties agreed to move the concerned Courts for seeking disposal of these matters."
