Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 5 (five) days in filing the Affidavit-in-support of the Caveat dated June 14, 2024, within the prescribed time limit and dispense with the objection raised by the department of this Hon'ble Court;"
