The present Interim Application has been filed on the premise that Respondent No.5 has violated the status-quo order that was passed by this Court on 3rd September 2024 and which order has since been continued from time to time. The Interim Application annexes photographs of some persons who are stated to be occupying the said premises being Flat No.204, ------------------------------------- Order dated 07th January 2026

Ganesh Wadi, S.R.A. Building, Parel, Near KEM Hospital, Sindhu Nagar, Mumbai - 400 012. However, besides these photographs and the mere assertion of the Applicant, there is no documentary evidence to corroborate the allegation made in the Interim Application. 2.

Mr. Yuvraj Patil, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Respondent No.5, on instructions of his client makes a statement that only his client and family members are in possession of the said premises being Flat No.204 and they have not inducted any third party therein, as erroneously contended in the Interim Application. He further undertakes that he shall abide by the status-quo order that is passed by this Court. The statement made and undertaking given by Mr. Patil, on behalf of his client is noted and accepted.

In these circumstances, no orders are required to be passed in the Interim Application which is hereby disposed of with no order as to costs. 4.
