The parties state that they have settled the disputes between them which form the subject matter of the present administration suit and have arrived at an agreement between themselves which is contained in the Consent Terms dated 9th April 2026. The Consent Terms are tendered and the same is taken record.

A perusal of the Consent Terms reveals that the same have been signed by the Plaintiff and Defendant no. 1. Defendant no. 2 who is the ------------------------------------- Order dated 9th April 2026

IA(L)/18467/2025 Shiromi vs. Farah father of the Plaintiff and Defendant no. 1 and the husband of the deceased has put his thumb impression thereon, considering that he is 81 years of age and presently homebound. The Plaintiff is present in Court whilst Defendant nos. 1 and 2 are virtually present through video conferencing. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates of both the parties who identify their respective clients. All parties confirm their signatures on the Consent Terms and state that the same accurately set out the agreement that has been arrived at between them.

Considering this, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The suit is accordingly disposed of in terms of these Consent Terms with no order as to costs.

Court fees, if any, shall be refunded as per rules. 6.

All pending Interim Applications taken out in the present suit, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated.
