Heard Mr. Saraf, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner. 2.

In view of the averments made in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the Interim Application, the objections in the requisition dated 17.02.2024 no longer survive. In that view of the matter, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' which reads thus:- "(a) that requisition of deposit of an amount of Rs.1,33,33,333/- towards 2/3rd share in the said property for non consenting legal heirs be dispensed with and the department be directed to proceed with the matter without the requisition." 3.

For no reason issuance of fresh Grant shall be delayed. However, it shall be subject to all due compliances and removal of office objections.

Needless to state that if any Administration Bond is filed, the same shall be filed in accordance with law and Rules. 5.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
