This is an Application for Condonation of Delay in challenging an arbitral award dated July 2, 2024, filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('"the Act") . 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent points to a print-out of the case details available on the website, which would suggest that the efiling date was November 26, 2024. In these circumstances, the Advocates for the Petitioner shall bring on record the acknowledgment receipt generated by the system upon e-filing, which would demonstrate the date on which they filed the Section 34 Petition. 4.

Let such acknowledgment be brought on record no later than February 14, 2025. List the matter under same caption "Condonation of Delay" on February 17, 2025.
