The Respondent No.7 and 8 are impleaded as party Respondent to the captioned Petition.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.6(a), 6(b), 7 and 8 have today tendered consent terms by which it is submitted that all the disputes and differences in the captioned Arbitration Petition have been amicably resolved amongst themselves. The execution of the consent terms is duly supported by the report of the Section Officer of this Court, which inter alia reads thus:

"The consent term are duly signed by the Authorized signatories of Applicant/ Petitioner and Respondents. The parties have admitted the contents of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are duly signed by the parties out of their free will without any undue influence and coercion. The Consent Terms are duly executed by the signatories."

Having due regard to the fact that the consent terms have been duly executed and verified. The same are marked as "X" for identification and taken on record.

Needless to state that these consent terms shall not be binding on any third party non-signatories to the said consent terms and only operate to the signatories.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.
