Learned Counsel for the parties submit that they have reached agreement in connection with modification of the original Consent Terms executed among them on May 9, 2024.

This matter was listed today at the request of the parties to take on record the modified Consent Terms. Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered the modified Consent Terms dated January 30, 2025. January 30 2025

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the only modification is the change in deadline by which the construction of the building would be completed by a Developer being Respondent No.1. 4.

Learned Counsel for the parties also submit that nothing in this Consent Terms will be in conflict with any provisions of law and request that the modified Consent Terms be taken on record. 5.

In these circumstances, the modified Consent Terms executed among the parties and tendered to the Court are taken on record. The undertakings contained in the Consent Terms shall be treated as undertakings given to this Court.

Interim Application is finally disposed of.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
