The above Praecipe has been moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 9th July 2025. It is stated that in the cause title of the said order, the year of the Income Tax Appeal is wrongly mentioned as "2024" when the same should be "2023". 2.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the cause title of the order dated 9th July 2025, for the words "INCOME TAX APPEAL (L) NO.32703 OF 2024", the words "INCOME TAX APPEAL (L) NO.32703 OF 2023" shall be substituted.

No other correction is sought. The correction shall be carried out in the original order as well as in the copy uploaded on the server.

The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 1 day in filing the above Appeal. For the reasons stated in the above Interim Application, the delay is condoned. 2.
