It appears that vide Para No. 6 of Order dated 13.02.2025, the Hon'ble Court has directed this Authority to verify the existence of the original / certified copy of the Agreement for Sale dated 10.08.2015, containing clause 72.

Accordingly, today, Ld. Advocate for Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 produced Certified Copy of Agreement for Sale dated 10.08.2015.

Perused Certified Copy of Agreement for Sale dated 10.08.2015, more particularly, Clause 72. Ld. Advocates present for both the sides agreed to the said Clause 72 with respect to arbitration.
