This matter has been listed on the production board today as in the morning session it was mentioned that in the written submissions that were permitted to be filed, the Defendants have made submissions in addition to what was argued before this Court. 2.
When the matter is called out, Ms. Lokhandwala, learned Counsel appears for the Defendants and submits that she has instructions to redact / delete part-1 in paragraph-1, part-2 in paragraph 3 sub-Clause (d) and Paragraphs 17 to 27 of the written submissions filed on behalf fo the Defendants. Mr. Savant, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff is agreeable to the said redaction / deletion.

Since the matter had been reserved on 26th November, 2025, after hearing the learned Counsel and closed for orders with liberty to file written submissions within a period of two weeks, which ended on 11th December, 2025, by when both the sides had put in the written submissions, however, since the grievance had been made on behalf of the Plaintiff as noted above and the matter is listed on the production board today, before passing any order, in the fitness of things, this Court de-reserves the said matter.

However, in view of the aforesaid submissions made in the matter, the Interim Application is deemed heard once again and closed for orders.
